The sun is shining, and I’m excited for spring! I’ve got cotton poplin and, quite possibly, a casual dress on my radar. A dress of any kind is not my norm, but I believe an evolving style recipe keeps things fun and prevents stagnation.
These days, my outfits seem to either include a brooch or a scarf. The outfit above contained both, but the lapel wasn’t wide enough for my bee brooch, so I simply pinned it on the top of my cuff. Brooches can be pinned in innumerable places, so long as they’re not where you might have to lean against or sit on them 😉.
